Daily Tours: Group Harbor Tour
Charleston Harbor Tours offers harbor tours geared towards understanding the history and development of Charleston’s beautiful harbor. Come aboard the beautiful, Carolina Belle and enjoy your time on the harbor in luxury. The following are our tour offerings for the 2009 season.
The "Harbor of History" tour is a 1 ½ hour live narrated tour by the Captain and includes 75 historical and contemporary points of interest including Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie, Fort Johnson, Castle Pinckney, the Battery, the Yorktown, the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, and much more. We also offer a snack bar aboard The Carolina Belle and with advance reservations we can offer a group luncheon on the harbor tour. Tour tickets are $17.00 for adults and $12.25 for children. Group rates for parties of 20 or more people are $15.25 for adults and $11.25 for children.
On the "Land and Sea Combination Tour" you will receive a harbor tour AND the famous one hour horse-drawn carriage tour. The narrated tour through the charming streets of one of America’s most important historic cities is sure to give you the most informative and entertaining tours of the city. Both tours can be taken on the same day, or for convenience, you may split the tours over different days. Combination Tickets are $32.50 for adults and $18.00 for children. Group rates for parties of 20 or more are $30.00 for adults and $17.50 for children.
On the "Plantation and Harbor Combination Tour," you will enjoy a harbor tour AND receive admission to Boone Hall Plantation. Boone Hall is America’s most photographed plantation and has been the site for many feature films. Entry to Boone Hall is inclusive of all tours and presentations on site that day. Both tours can be taken on the same day, or for convenience, you may split the tours over different days. Combination Tickets are $29.50 for adults and $16.00 for children. Group rates for parties of 20 or more are $28.00 for adults and $16.00 for children. We can assist in arranging transportation to and from Boone Hall from downtown as well for an additional cost.
If your group is feeling adventurous and wants to get a true taste of Charleston, let us combine all three tours for a discounted rate and perhaps arrange a lunch on board the Carolina Belle during your harbor tour. We can also arrange group walking or ghost tours to combine with your harbor history tour.
