Holiday Events on the Water
Like everything else in 2020, holiday parties will look a little different this year. COVID-19 has companies everywhere looking for alternative ways they can still celebrate the holiday season together. Charleston Tours & Events is happy to tell you that we ARE still cruising on the water, and we offer one of the most unique holiday party venues you can find anywhere.
The old standby holiday party venues like hotel ballrooms or private rooms at the local watering hole just won’t cut it this year, with social distancing still an essential part of any get together. The Charleston Princess and the Carolina Belle are both available to rent out and make an ideal private event venue for the holidays.
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recently issued advice for Holiday parties and reminded us that indoor gatherings generally pose more risk than outdoor gatherings. You can’t find a better outdoor venue in all of Charleston than cruising on the harbor and taking in all of the gorgeous sights of downtown and the surrounding areas.
The Charleston Princess is the perfect vessel for a festive holiday party venue. The Charleston Princess is a stunning vessel with upgraded comfort, viewing areas, and hosting capabilities. She boasts three decks for entertaining. The lower deck is enclosed and climate-controlled, the mid-deck is partially enclosed and open on the stern, with a glass solarium. The top deck is open-air. The vessel is 100 feet long, has two bars and a premium sound system.

For a more intimate setting, the Carolina Belle offers magnificent views of the city skyline and gorgeous sunsets from our open Observation Deck or the enclosed Main Salon.
